The style "Patience" is named after the weavers, whose patience and diligence can be seen as they weave beautiful fabrics, one thread at a time.

 

This magnificent duster jacket is a hand-woven fabric with Tencel yarns. The yarns are naturally dyed with an earthy yellow(marigold flower), olive green( mix of marigold flowers and 2% iron mordant), indigo(Indigo leaves).  Using wooden blocks, the dyes are printed onto the yarns prior to weaving to create an “Ikat” effect while weaving. The overlapping of colours results in a new colour palette.

The quirky sleeveless top is hand-woven with tencel yarns. The yarns are dyed with earthy yellow(marigold flower) and white(undyed yarns). The dobby weave generates a beautiful texture to the top.

The formal pants are made of coarser yarns for comfort and the twill weave design lends itself for additional stretch and comfort. The yarns are naturally dyed in Indigo.
